-Engine oil (I would go 10w-30)
-oil filter

If you have the service history, check if the following have been done recently, if not I'd do them too
-Brake Fluid
-fuel filter

Although this isn't recommended until 200xxxkms, I'd do them now anyway
-spark plugs
-engine coolant
-transmission fluid

Depending on when your last major service was; if it wasn't for a while, I'd suggest:
-Drive belt inspections/change
-Air conditioning refrigerant level check/top up
-Cooling system inspection/flush & refill
-Transmission fluid change
-Brake pad change (If they're wearing thin)
-Fuel filter change (can be a bit pricey though)
-Spark plug clearance check/replacement
-Brake system inspection (including hoses and lines)
-and the obvious air filter element change
-Each honda engine has a designated engine oil for use in its database. I'd recommend using the OEM parts

Take it from me, I used to work in Honda and OEM is usually what's good to keep it running like a dream but may be a bit pricey. But hey, that's the price of success.

In terms of a front lip, check with your local honda dealer for part availability. A mate of mine went OEM for a lip kit and it set him back around 800 but totally worth it

use 5w-30 then, I was just guessing I'm not sure
you can use standard spark plugs if you want, but you're gonna have to change them again soon.
the euro usually uses platinum plugs which you change every 100xxxkms

Use any of those. The Euro's engine takes 0w-30, 5w-30, 10w-30, 0w-40, 5w-40 and 10w-40.

and also standard spark plugs?
No, Euro's sparkplugs are iridium tipped. They are not the normal copper or platinum spark plugs.

If the previous owner has been servicing as per the service book, then just follow the next item. 180,000km should be a minor service plus cabin filter change and brake fluid change. You don't change the spark plugs until the 200k service. That one is a major where the spark plugs, coolant, air filter and ATF are replaced and the valve clearance checked. A dealer service would be close to $1000! Add extra if the brake pads and rotors need replacing.
