well, the DC2R is gone....

was going to buy a motorbike, but decided to buy an eg, and build it....
looking at the soon to be eg today, i hope.
and will post pics by the weekend of it.
fuel injected, so will be ready to go.
not sure what plans i have for it as yet, but ill be doing something special.
had my eyes set on an ek/ej, but havent had much luck finding a nice one.

a conversion is definitely on the cards, what conversion I will do... i am not sure. but have an awesome mate thats gonna help me :D

will be a daily driver, so b or k.. I am not too sure.

If it's gonna be a daily and you want to put K or B, what if it's gonna be a race car, so what will you put turbo J.

I'm in the same sitch as you.. k or b?? hmm...

K cost more money and involves a lot more work to be done. B is straight swap and a lot cheaper. Really depends how much you're willing to spend.

If you have the money, time and patience - go K swap. But if you just want some extra balls for your daily and want the conversion to go quickly n smoothly - go the b swap.

Also B series will be much easier to engineer/register. I'm not sure but I'm thinking K series might be more of a hassle to engineer/register. - Can anybody confirm this??

As for me, I'm heading towards B18C2 swap with your normal bolt ons. Should be plenty in a light eg chassis. But then again.. K series is very tempting....

not engine related .. but one thing i'd suggest for you is to swap steering racks to dc2r.. everyone i know does it after going form teggy > eg .. cause the eg steering rack feels so jelly/squishy as you probably know by now lol.

Yup ^, wish i did this when i did the swap.

Since your previous car was from a B family... id try push for a K.
