Just wondering if honda has a colour close to nogaro silver metallic 243 (this is a bmw colour)

Its a fantastic colour its a group 3 paint which makes it more expensive due to the pearls.

Btw BlaBla the Euro color Graphite pearl is not a 3 layer pearl. Its just like b92P which is night hawk black. Black with blue pearl.
NH658P is just Black with lots of Silver and different colors of pearl. Forgot which ones but i remember it being a bitch to color match.

lol after all this time u still haven't painted ur car? or even decided a color? i dont know why u have to get a honda color.... can't you just walk into a paint shop and see different color palettes and show them what color u want and get it over and done with already?

Tried that didn't work to well. Went from about 20 colors down to 3. I just thought that Honda would have something in a group2 paint which was similar.

I will eventually get there hahaha. Titanium gray metallic 29y 6 liters for 335.80 from vg autopaints pretty freaking good, after more then 2-3 coats

seriously i woudnt be a tight ass when it comes to painting your car because it is the main feature and u will probably regret it for not spending that extra couple of hundred dollars just my 2 cents

the protec paint is literally 10 bux more so it would be like 336.00 for 5 liters. not doing the engine bay so 5 should be enough for 4 coats plus ye? btw im not spraying car will be sprayed by a friend in the queen street booth....All i need to do is supply the paint primer etc.

Can I ask what paint system? Cause 6lt for 350$ is bargain. Most paints that paint shops use is about 100-120 a litre. Change color you need about 2.5-3 liters where as just respray about 1.5-2 liters. And what clear as you using? Entry level clear is roughly 250-350$ depending on the system. If you want quality finish the showroom quality clear you'd be looking at about 650-1000$ for a clear kit. That's 5 liters of clear and 3 liters of hardener. Don't forget to buy thinners, gun wash.

protec doesnt even cost that much, im going with concept paints. i have seen the finish its pretty good...its a group 2 paint.....for eg. protec paint - mazda 3 mps Metropolitan Grey/36C GP 3 $473.00 inc.gst or Z $593.84 inc.gst, Phantom Grey pearl/NH-561P GP 3 $473.00 inc.gst this is for 5 liters....now a group 2 paint Moonrock Grey/NH-676M GP 2 $354.75 inc.gst for 5 litres

Just thought I would update the thread didn't end up spraying car put it on the back burner and got a few more quotes just been quoted between 2-3k for door jams, doors, rear window out + new seal, front rubber removed, bonnet, boot leak repaired, rust repaired, f&r lips sprayed and installed sprayed in de-beer. $2500 for same colour and 3k for different colour. New colour would be titanium gray metallic 29y, if I am sticking to same colour its new vogue silver metallic. Opinions on quality of candyman customs resprays and paint system.
