mating new pads with rotors

Noob question,

Just got ordered a set of DBA4000 and type HC+ for the rear. The rear rotors dont fit so I ended just fitting the pads by itself on the old rotor a few days ago, driven about 50km since.

Going to go in today to get the correct DBA rotors fitted in the rear.

Have I screwed up the mating process between the new pads and new rotor by letting the new pad run with the old rotor for the 50km?

Should be fine, especially since it was only 50km and you don't do as much braking at the rear as the front.
