View Full Version : EP3 Sway with stock DC5R AUDM bushings/bracket

Unsure, but will the stock DC5R bushings/brackets be able to accomodate the thicker bar? (Stock is 23mm, EP3 is 25.4mm). Or will I need the EP3 ones?

Can't seem to find the part number for the EP3R bushings/bracket to check.

I would imagine you'd need thicker bushes and maybe same or diff. brackets, but u'd have to find out.

Check on ebay, I usually get my jdm parts from the 'States given the current exchange rate.

standard brackets should fit - you will need the correct bushes tho - as the ID (internal diameter) of the EP3 is obviously larger than the DC5.

The stock DC5R bushes + brackets were fine for me when I installed my ep3 sway bar. Just have to compress the bushes with the brackets slightly when fitting them.

while it works - please avoid doing this guys ! Compressing the bushes can prematurely wear them and result in failed bushes ! Get ones that suit with the correct ID and OD to suit the swaybar !
