Hey guys,
just wanted to know your settings that worked for you as my setting is f#$@#@... there's a decent amount of body roll and when I go through bumps its stiff as hell.. any help will be much appreciated! Cheers guys!

Body roll in steady state cornering is predominantly controlled by springs and sway bars not dampers so adjusting your shocks to try to fix it probably isn't the best idea. Adjust them so that the bump compliance and initial turn in feels good to you and then if the car still has too much roll then look to changing other things.

Soften them then, and get some swaybars

Good advice above IMO. If you want to corner hard, consider the ASR rear subframe brace + sway bar upgrade. Will stiffen the ass up really hard and you'll get less body roll.
Subframe brace is a must for EK's as they have a tendency to tear the subframe when using stiffer sway bars.

What stiffness rating are your springs?
