B16A...First Gen..Water in No.3?

As above..this thing we are tring to ID has water in No.3 pot...when they do a head gasket do they let water in?..new to these engines..Thanks in advance.

Excellent!,...The owner was told by the mechanic it dropped a valve...which seemed strange to me for a Honda engine...never heard of that..
