There's an accord euro specific sub-forum which may be more helpful.

Otherwise I believe there are bolts/clips directly below the side skirt to get it out, jack the ar up and have a peas

Remove 3 screws (B) in the rear wheel arch, 1 bolt (C), 2 clips (F), and another clip (E) on the bottom of the side skirt, then slide the skirt towards the back of the car to remove it - most (if not all) clips (G) should stay on the car body. On my 07, bolt C, and 3 clips (two F's, one E) did not exist, though the previous owner had hit something at some stage, so they may have been removed.

For reinstallation, remove all remaining clips (G) by turning the clips 45 degrees, and remove clip (H) using a clip removal tool. In the absence of a clip removal tool, leaving clip H in will result in lots of swearing at a later stage as you'll have to try to blindly slide the sideskirt onto that clip, though it is still possible to install the side skirt properly. I suggest the clip removal tool :P. Remove the plastic bit at the front (J) by removing 3 screws (I) and by turning it 45 degrees to release yet another clip (G, not shown). Install all these bits back onto the side skirt and simply pop it in. It's easier as a 2-man job, but definitely doable on your own. Good luck!

Does anyone have a pic or link to a pic showing the location of screws/clips, etc?
I saw one the other day i think on the TSX forum and now can't find it.
