Hey, I'm going to purchase some ITR wheels which are 4x114.3, as well as the conversion pieces, of course I wont be doing it myself, cause my parents want a mechanic to do it because of the brakes and stuff :( but is it easy to do?

I'm not sure how safe they are, but a cheaper alternative is to get some hub converters.

If your confident and reading DIY steps over and over then i guess you could give it a try.. But i probably suggest you get a mechanic to do it if your completely noob and unsure what to do..

Yeah, I have a bad experience with them, my mate had them on his car, we're driving along and they snapped and we skidded down the road, spinning out of control! haha. However, I did reconsider it :P

Would you know of any DIY threads? cause I can't find one. In asked my friends brother who is a mechanic, he saids its a simple bolt on and bleeding of the brakes.

What car do you have? What size rotors are you running atm? Could make the process more/less complicated.

Driving a 1994 Integra VTI-R. No idea what size my rotors are, all I know is that they're stock.

The older gen ITR ran 262mm if i recall and had the 4 by 114.3, were as the later gen, 97 onwards had the 282mm rotor sizes and 5 by 114.3

Vtir run 262mm, same as civic's, but a larger caliper setup. As far as Vtir and old ITR brake caliper size, id imagine the ITR would be slighty bigger in piston, but again same disc size.

If you're going to upgrade to 282mm then I suggest getting the MC/booster etc, lest you lose breaking power.

saw something on the net called wobble bolt/nut. apparently they are able to accept the minute differences in lug patterns. not sure if this is old news but it was new for me :o
