Hi everyone,
Had an off at the track, went side ways up an dirt embankment, besides slightly bending a wheel and a rear trailing arm. My exhaust note now pulses but its really only noticeable in fifth gear from 3000 to 4500rpm, gets louder when the car is under load I.e. going up an hill. I think the pulses get too slow or too fast at other rpm.
I can't get the car to do it in any other gear.
It's starting to concern me, any ideas?

For starters, the pod did get bent a bit out of shape sorta flatish on the bottom of it now, but I dont think it would be the cause.

Thanks

Perhaps you've done a bit of damage along your exhaust piping? that means you're not getting smooth exhaust flow through your system. Being only noticeable in the higher RPM bands where your engine is under a lot of load suggests that your exhaust may be dented somewhere or something might be misaligned. Jack your car up and try visually inspecting for noticeable dents. If that fails try take it to your mechanic and tell them what happened
