vibrating clutch ?

hey guys need some help here, when im driving and rev past vtec 6000+ and i shift gears, my clutch feels like its vibrating heaps when i press it but normal shifting around 3-4k revs its totally normal. what could that be? thanks

Press the clutch pedal? Or the gas pedal? And where do you feel this vibration?

its when i press the clutch pedal and like i can feel the clutch pedal vibrating heaps when im shifting in vtec

Could be of the following:

- Throw-out bearing that needs a regrease/replacement
- Clutch Slave Fork/Pin needs a regrease/replacement
- Clutch Master needs adjustment/replacement
- Clutch pedal needs a regrease/tightening
