My car is very sensitive when it comes to driving on bad road and makes allot of rattling noise, does it happen to anyone else or is they a way to fix it or minimize it?

Clearly more info needed about your car mate.
Vague question gets even more vague answers.

My car is very sensitive

stop being so mean to it, treat it nicely, maybe take it out for a nice dinner occasionally, dont bash it, dont pressure it into doing things it doesnt want to do, like a blow job behind the club you just came out of.

If that doesnt help, maybe go see a doctor, see if they can get you a refferal to a psychologist, they can often talk these problems out.

Maybe some kind of cream or balm would help?

op are you talking about when the car just wants to follow the road? as in if the road cambers even slightly the car wants to pull that way? especially when braking the car wants to wander across the road if your not paying attention and having to constantly turn the wheel to keep the car straight?

though my car has no power steering, maybe that's why? or is it more than that, maybe alignment? gets kinda frustrating for daily and long drives, wears you out.

if thats the case it can be alignment problem.. or maybe a steering wheel adjustment? did you recently change your tires by any chance?
