Looking for 94' lip + fogs

I was hoping somebody would know where i could get my hands on these fog lights and the lip? preferably in melb?

why is that?? are they really that hard to come by in aus?

i've seen a black example around my area with the fogs, and i think the lip was very similar (if not, the same). also had a vtir sticker on the back, so im guessing its an ausdm.

if you cant find them in aus, nearly every nz example has the lights and lip
