hey guys, will this fit my 04' accord euro? 17" X 7.5". 5X 100/114.3 ; offset +38?

Don't need spacers. With +38 offset, the rims are already sticking out further by 17mm compared to stock.

you don't need spacers, the stock rims are 6 inch wide with a +55 offset - so 7.5 with a +38 offset will stick out by 36mm and 2mm less inner clearance.
if your gonna lower your car by a heap you may need to roll the guards, depending how wide the tyres will be.
