Anyone know this black under lip?

I was wondering if anyone has any idea who makes this black under lip (is how i would describe it), it looks like a small splitter. I saw it posted in the "Post up some clean Integra's" thread and asked on there but got no response. I have been looking through forums for about 2 weeks now and cant find it anywhere!! I have seen some Subaru's with a similar lip but didn't get anywhere following that path either. If anyone knows of a build thread of this car i would greatly appreciate a link too ;)

Yeh I love how they look on subi's and evo's and I only recently saw this on a dc5 and thought it looked awesome. I'm starting to think it might be a custom job. It's pissing me off that I can't find one!!!

Its a wrx v spec lip custom fitted to a rsx, will have mine done sometime soon hopefully.
