Honda accord V6 1999 idle hunting after a long time not started?

Hi guys,

Got a honda accord v6 1999 model, it idle hunts constantly whether the car is on operating temp or what not. This occured after 1 - 2 months of not starting the car at all? any ideas?

Sorry if this topic has been covered before on this particular Accord forum, but im just not used to accord's engine..? iacv? tps? :$ im not sure to be honest

Hey, Ive worked in a Honda dealer in Adelaide and we have had shit loads of the accords with the same problem. It's the iac valve.. :) very common.

Hey man, yeah i took it to work and got it fixed. ahaha ozhonda took too long to reply lol!
