Help! Radiator fan not working??!

I dont think my radiator fan is working anymore. Im getting reading of 80-95c on my water temp gauge. i dont think this is normal.

do you think its a blown fuse?

Any leaks under the car?
Could be the water pump fail.
Coolant leak for higher reading.
