Hey all.

Those of you running big brakes, i.e anything bigger than Type R and after market.

What is your setup?
I'm having a lot of grief with my proportioning valve constantly leaking. On the 3rd one now.

The setup consist of Wilwood Dynalite calipers with matching rotors.
40/40 proportioning valve
15/16" Master Cylinder (96 R spec I think)
Type R Booster

Ever since the installation of the new MC/Booster, it's leaked. Now to the point where I see fluid on the 10mm proportioning valve fittings AND bleed nipples on the Calipers.

Any ideas? I gather there's too much pressure but why? Seems like a pretty straight forward/popular setup.

Would cutting (shortening) the feed line to the MC to flare out and fit the 12mm fitting matter?
Another small detail, the line that got flared is also installed upside down, so someone just bent it till the fittings lined up.

UGHGHHGHUHGUHGUGHGUGHGHH.

Thanks y'all.

what caliper is it?
not sure how to differentiate caliper itself, but rotor diameter would give good comparison.
