Hey guys,

How much should this cost roughly, and does anyone know the procedure?
Also what do racks fail from?

Thanks

racks fail from

- poor power steering fluid quality/type ( should only use honda Power Steering Fluid )
- cracked boots, then crap gets into the rack scratching the highly polished ram damaging it.
- ware and tear
- age, seals go brittle

roughly looking at $400 to $800 to get it reconed and or change over depending on where you go, plus thats assuming you have it removed.

Not really somthing you should DIY as Skill and special tools are required. If you want to know how to do it check the shop manual for your car.
