again - google this man - a simple search should give you the anwers you need

whats with this car that you have? - did you just buy a civic thats been modded or are you looking to buy?

you should put as much info as you can about your car into ONE thread/post and list ALL your questions there - instead of making 1 post per simple question

man easiest way to tell if your cluster has been replaced is run your car on revs or ask your transport department to find some background info think they call it a v-check don't know if the same thing (try both) . if the kms don't line up to the cluster then the cluster has been changed. If the seller says a new engine has been put in , ask for receipts and proof off the kms.

Hope this helps. Goodluck

IF youre from queensland but doubt it matters: https://www.service.transport.qld.gov.au/vehicleinformationcheckQt/Welcome.jsp

revscheck and vcheck same stuff but gettin it directly from transport department is usually cheaper, well it is in queensland

but that'll give you details of the car from first seller till now, all the kms,new engines, dmgs, finances and everything

its your best bet, worth the 50bux (y)
