99-00 "CTR" Grill on a 98?

as the title says will this http://passwordjdm.com/JDM-EK-99-00-CTR-Grill-P1420C164.aspx grill on my 98 EK to replace the current standard one with the honda badge on it?
or do i need the 99-00 bumper aswell or will it fit in with the bumper i got atm?

wont fit

preface will never fit face lift and vice versa, even with mods, two totally different shapes and dimensions, which means if u want the face lift 99 - 00 grill to fit, u need the whole face lift conversion, which is 1/4 panels, bumper, rad support (maybe?), hood, and than color code paint etc etc... $$$

Just get a preface lift CTR grill or replica one, an ur done lol... easier than goin through the whole face lift conversion just for the face lift grill
