Cel Light not working ??

I think i have a problem with check engine light. when starting the car Cel should show and disappear. It's not showing at all.I checked the cluster lights and all bulbs are good. Grounds are good fuses are good, battery is good,Car is running good.
when i turn the ignition off, I hear 2 beeps 2 beeps 2beeps. What does that mean?
I tried to get cel codes. But nothing is showing.'
