Bluetooth pairing - Civic Sport '07

Does anyone know how to pair the bluetooth in the car with a phone (iPhone 3GS)? I've tried the instructions on the Honda website but none of it seems to work at all. Couldn't find much if anything on Google.. I've attached a picture of what the bluetooth kit looks like.

Hey, you normally turn the ignition on hold down the volume up button till the light beeps and flashes red, then it's in "pairing mode" searh or devices on your iPhone and the enter 0000 as the pin.
