good Melbourne car club to join for trackdays S2000

Hi guys

i am wanting to join a car club with my S2000 so I can do trackdays
my friend has a 350Z and is looking to do the same thing.

do any of you guys belong to a car club which you could recommend
as I would like to get my car to the track.

im in Melbourne.

NSW has a great site/club which is perfect, if only there was the same here.

Do you have a specific track in mind?

If not AROCA (http://www.google.com.au/url?sa=t&source=web&cd=2&ved=0CCMQFjAB&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.alfaclubvic.org.au%2F&rct=j&q=aroca&ei=GShoToDfI-SOiAflmozpCw&usg=AFQjCNHoN2zjUAuoNuwMeKrTTeYAQTkJkg&cad=rja) and PIARC (http://www.piarc.com.au/) are both good CAMS affiliated clubs.
AROCA run several events incl a 6 hour throughout the year, across various tracks such as PI, Sandown, Winton etc

But if you just want to go out there and have a bit of fun, just go onto the Winton (http://www.google.com.au/url?sa=t&source=web&cd=1&ved=0CCMQFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.wintonmotorraceway.com.au%2F&rct=j&q=winton&ei=NihoTpTuAcOQiAeU44H8Cw&usg=AFQjCNGH3S5qZzo-EniOTu5mWdvOgpwPvw&cad=rja) website and choose from their calendar.
Most events; such as tampered trackdays and their own sprint series, won't require a club membership.
You'll need a AASA liscence which you can get on the day. There's actually one on Saturday, if you're keen.

Yeh little busy this Saturday but I didn't know you could do that at Winton, will check it out!!

I would like to drive on PI, Winton and Sandown.

Winton is such a long hike. I've been meaning to check it out for ages. But ideally I'd love to do a track day at one of the tracks a bit closer to the city
