Hey guys, I thought this was the best place for this. I often see people asking about what is legal to go into what, what you need to get engineered etc etc. Well this is a national document covering all that sort of thing, its pretty detailed, and is quite handy for example with what engine you are allowed to swap into a chassis with/without requiring an engineer.

Note that you will still need to abide by your state regulations as well as these.

Hope this helps some people out.

Did a bit of reading through the suspension section. This could prove to be quite helpful in understanding what you can and can't do. As with all of these types of legal documents there are plenty of referrals to other documents, grey areas and uncertainty. Very frustrating when trying to do the right thing. Still good information though ;)
