I Have a 2004 JAZZ VTI-S and I'm looking for minor upgrades ( prefer bolt on) for the car. First I would like a better more compliant handling upgrade( shocks?) and a litle more performance at lower revs( more torque?)

Anywhere in Sydney ?

Thanks

Bob

suspension, CUSCO, Tein
lower revs with torque u can't help it. Small car small engine, with an exhaust system u will lose more low end torque but gain more in the upper.
Try good oil (Mobil1, Motul, Castrol R) iridium plugs, panel filter and electical mods (ground and voltage stabliser). would increase the overall low end response.

Lighten up your wheels and fit some light rims with appropriate tyres
eg 15inch with 195/50/15 tyres, JDM style :D

Thanks all for the posts and advice- really appreciate you ideas.

Civiceg9- Yes I wondered about the wheels- mine came with 16"- and look pretty good but I did wonder about them being too tall and the 'higher gear' affect. I would have thought the rolling diameter of a 15" and tire would have been the same as 16" and lower profile tire. I'll have to investigate that and get back to you

Has anyone seen a non belt driven supercharger or simple turbo- or are they always belt driven- I'm new at small capacity !!!

I will do the 'K&N" filter thing and look for a CAI , but I'm nervous about the exhaust changes causing loss of torque- I had that happen with a Mustang 5.0
