what can i do to a b18c7 without changeing the bottom end i just want to gain more power ?

Intake/Headers/Exhaust will give you extra power nicer sound

Start with a search, and if you have issues finding the right answers then make a new thread with an appropriate title IE 'Want more power from a B18C7'.
