hi guys, just spent 4 hours installing the carbon tailgate... being a perfectionist does not help at all. i trimmed and smoothed the mounting holes and still have the number plate light and the side latches to install. :( i guess you get what you paid for...
my question is. any of you installed the carbon fibre tailgate and also fitted some sort of mechanism to secure it? so it doesnt spring open when you are driving at high speed. i know mugen has those fastener, but its hell expensive. what do you guys use to secure your carbon fibre tailgate? picture would be nice too. thank you in advance.
