can you please revise your question?
before we can advise you on what else that needs to be changed, you need to tell us what has been done.

what is semi-major service?

sorry mate

well its 1997 integra Vtir b18c engine
the last owner hasnt done anything to it to get it properly service. as in follow the service book.
last service was just to make sure all running good for a sale.
timing belt etcc wasnt changed at 100ks
so ill need to get this done

being concern for its age and the low amount of service done history.
as the last owner service each 10k which would of been every 2 years or so
rather then each 6 months
things wear and tear for its age

since im changing the timing belt done
is there other things i should look at

a/c, power steering, alternator belt?
valve clearance

should i change water pump, thermoostat and fuel filter?

anythings else i havnt forseen?
should i just do all the belts and let the mechanic see if anything needs replacing or flushed?

you haven't bought it yet have you?
when you buy it, it should have owner's manual. in the owner's manual it will have recommended service intervals and if it needs to be changed or just checked for wear.

how much are you willing to spend for all this maintenance work?
do you even know that the engine is worth servicing? no oil leaks or low compression?
blowing smoke?

download some service manual for your car and read more.
it's like learning a new language, it's your dictionary.

Hey mate welcome to ozhonda,
Bit of advice, before you buy the car make sure you have got it checked out by a mechanic, get a compression test done and a leak down test and if the car doesn't have a owners manual and your not sure if anything has been changed then the timing belt is a must!!
You would also wanna change the thermo, fuel pump, fuel filter and get injectors cleaned while your at it. Throw it on a hoist and check cv joints ect
I got all this done to my integra as soon as I bought it!
Go to a mechanic you can trust, unless your loaded then Honda it is!
Pm me if you need anymore advice,

new timing belt being tighter than your old 100,000km one can put a bit more stress on the water pump causing it to shit itself, and to change it you would have to pull off all the timing belt stuff again

Yeah do the water pump aswell and make sure that the check the timing belt tensioner. I'm pretty sure they are hydralic tensioner and do leak.. Also.. Replace Cam and crankshaft seals. :)
