misty as in water vapour or misty as in glazed like http://maherbrothersautodetailing.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/Honda-Civic-Head-Light-Restoration-Before.jpg

If water vaopur you might have to open them up manually (chuck in oven to heat up the seal - im sure there's tutorials here somewhere, look up DIY ek9 headlights) and clean them out and reseal the whole thing, making sure everything's airtight.

If it's glazed up, auto (autobarn supercheap repco autoone etc) stores sell headlight restoration kits that do the job pretty well :)

saw a video where some bogan threw some ice cubes into a bike headlamp, swirled it around for a few minutes and it was cleaned.

A quick 5 minute massage with a small square of 1500, 2000 and 3000 grit sandpaper (in order) then some PlastX on an old singlet turned my headlights into crystal.

though you need a sealer aswell man else its gonna go crusty again. Mikey goto supercheap auto and get the headlight restorer not the mothers one but ask for the one thats made by 3m. also go get 3000 grade wet sandpaper because the 400-2000grit aint good enough i still got fine scratches maybe cause i've never sanded much in my life so i needa to redo my headlights and get rid of the scratches...

or if one headlights just water droplets inside theres nothing much you can do unless you could drill a small hole for it to drain out of??

if its the outside of your headlight you can try buffing it out (usually works ) for dull/misty headlights, or theres theres products available to make your headlights sparkly again. like everyone else says if its misty/got water inside of it , try taking it out and cleaning the inside. goodluck

^^^ You dont have to use an oven to heat them, if your worried you can use a fan heater so you dont risk melting the headlights in the oven, Ive seen pics of people who had the oven too hot or left it in there too long and its not good lol.

I think mightycarmods or someone have done a tutorial on using the oven...

If it's on the inside then yeah definitely don't bother with the headlight lens restoration kits, I've used the Turtle Wax one on the exterior though and it worked really well :)
