So long as you order it to suit the 16tooth dissy it'll work fine.
Also, wire it in piggyback so the std ECU remains underneath & controls IACV etc
Otherwise you'll have no end of greif with cold starts.

What i understand is
obd0 distributor ran with 16 teeth distributor
2 (2 wire)o2 sensors

later version of honda which ran obd1 or 2 etc uses
24 teeth distributor
1 (4 wire) o2 sensors

one thing that i was concerned:
would the distributor works? because number of teeths by changing the system.
and lt8 only has 1 o2 sensor output. how can i adapt to the 2 sensors?

Thanks,

Per previous post,
When you order the microtech, you let them know what you're doing & what the engine spec is.
They'll configure it for the 16tooth dissy, no problem.
The O2 sensor is bye the bye, the microtech can read it but can't do anything about it so it's not an issue.

Chuck a wide band o2 sensor and gauge in the location of the old secondary sensor.
Never be too safe.

,

Honda doesnt use 2 wire O2 sensors. OBDI either is 1 Wire or 4 Wire. OBDO will be 1 Wire
