DC2 stock shifter on EM1

Hey guys, did a google search and couldn't find anything on this. But the stock DC2 type r shifter, would it fit on an EM1 ?

yes with slight modding. Basically, pull out ur old shfter, than line it up next to the DC2 shifter, now on one side, its roughly about 8mm longer, an the other side, its 1mm longers, trim those off....

BUT make sure u remove the bush inside the dc2.... or else it will make things harder

After u trimed/Grinded away the long bits, just put back ur ek/em shifter bush into the dc2 bush, and... Wholla.... short shifter for us ek/em guys :D

The dc2 shifter does sit about .5inch lower, but the shift throw is much better than the truck like ek shifters
