[CL9] blown engine????????

Hey guys,

I don't post here much and im not that mechanically knowledgeable to work out what's happening. I own a 2003 accord euro, auto, 177,000 ks and was serviced 8 months back.

I've gone to start the car up this morning (started up straight away) and then heard this noise it sounds like coming from the engine. I cant really describe it (its sort of like its not "firing" on all cylinders if you know what i mean)

I don't know what to do, whether to get it towed to a garage or call the RAA. All i know is that i dont want to drive it while its making that racquet. Any suggestions as to what could be wrong?

Apologies again if my explanation wasn't the best (like i said im not the best with the mechanical side of things lol)

I think you need to get it serviced. 8 months is quite a long time...

just had it diagnosed, its only coil pack. You can close this topic

Now its been diagnosed no need for a service for another year or so.....sarcasm

I usually service my car like every 8-10 months.... I dont clock up high mileage, dont do really short runs to the market/shops or leave it outside expose to sun and rain. So I dont think its the issue of 8 month service, depending on the condition and how the car is driven.
