Coilovers will be your best option. Adjustable heights to suit

Coilover set up is the answer.
Get a dual height adj and damper adj aswell.

What else do you want to know? Any of those brands you mention will give decent ride quality, handling and the ride height that your mate wants. A coke can is pretty tall though. You aren't likely to find too much more true enlightenment on this subject on this forum, probably just a lot of people recommending what they heard is good or the one coilover they have experience with.

OP, your questions are rather vague. Help us help you by narrowing it down a bit further.

Aside from achieving 'coke-can-height', what are your other objectives with your suspension/over car setup? Daily? Show? Race?

If it's purely aesthetics, check the aforementioned and pick the cheapest option you can find out on the interwebs.

I get where you guys are coming from.
Well guess what you guys are saying is true and right.
& it is going to be used for ONLY daily and occasional show (=

if yr mate just want something to lower the car, doesn't matter how's the performance was,

then King Spring will be the best choice for him, cheap, bolt on, save time n money~

I have skunk2 shocks with TEIN H-TECH springs on my gsi before~they run great and not too low as a daily
