Hi Guys, How can i buy a competition Computer chip for my 94 Integra without breaking the bank and are they much of an increase in power?

Don't bother, its pointless.

If you want power, do a ful exhaust, including headers, an intake and you'll have an increase over stock.

If you've already done this, just get a full ecu.
