jackson racing supplies supercharger kits for k20a. you would have to import one over from UK which would be very costly seeing as our dollar is piss weak and always have been weak against their pound.

When you say "planning to put a k20 in euro soon", do you mean a k20 head..?

Rotrex also make good superchargers for the k series.

like 'u mad' said, k20 head? or k20 complete engine?

ur downgrading by going complete k20 engine, keep the k24 bottom end and get a k20a head, best of both
and as sed above, go rotrex

as you said, if i go k20 head, would it pretty much be a straight fitt?? just putting the head on itself and adding on the supercharger afterwoulds??

Wouldnt bother doing k20a head. Just get the supercharger on and off you go.

I have the Rotrex TTS stage 2 kit on my FN2, retains the aircon, bit of mucking around to fit, but the results are worth it

Rotrex superchargers have proven results here and in the US, on cars such as Sportscar Motion ITR (driven by Oscar Jackson JR himself), our very own BYP Civic and of course my ITR.

there is something about centrifugal blowers power curves that just doesn't sit well with me. do you guys feel, for their peek power output number, that they are slow? although mr brightsides setup looks alot better then most(tq curve wise) almost has a flat torque curve, so area under the curve should be quite high, but hoddys torque is growing and growing with more revs, which is how the majority i have seen are. do people over blower their cars because there isn't lag that has to be overcome?, therefor making less power at the same boost then a smaller blower with a more suited compressor map?

is the loss in mid range by a large margin(to a turbo), overcome with the instant throttle response?

are there any decent screw blower kits around?

turbo b16 for comparison, for k24 move hp curve left 1500rpm?

I have ordered a set of Go Power cams (re ground) to suit my SC set up which lifts the mid range up & a little more HP at the top, it will be interesting to see the differences on the graph
I was looking at the time for a roots type blower but there was no inter / after cooler for them, there is now though so if I was to start again I would look at going down that path
My setup is quiet & does not get attention from the police & if I drive normally still get about 500 klms out of 45 litres of fuel

My car had no issues getting 124.88 MPH before retune (245kw) down the quater mile, so no its not slow. Car is a daily, which is setup for time attack, the Supercharer is far more suited to what the cars purpose is. AMG CLK63 Black series, 300+kw Evo's, etc all can hardly keep up down Wakefield's straight.
