No budget? are you bill gates?

how much power you want? Theres alot of info here on conversion's, i highly recommend you research and layout your options because there are many!

if you want to spend $$$ and want a hella jdm quick ride i would go k-swap

bill gates bahahaha if i was him u would of heard about my car by now i just want something quick and easy because i want to paint and do alot of chassis and bodywork to it aswell i liked the b18 because of the red top have always loved it so thats why im more leaning towards the b18

well b18 will be lots of fun. Just keep it clean, a front lip will look nice, slam it with some coilovers.

depending on weather you want to go for looks or speed or both.

for looks i'd make sure paint is good, get your hands on a spoon cf wing (genuine or rep) , front and rear type r lips, mudguards (jdm ones- not the gay flappy ones) , good offset wheels (i got 30mm spacers to run 4 x 114.3 wheels on your 4 x 100 hub if your intersted - pm me) , coilovers (get something decent) , diy ek9 black headlight housing (or get them polished) , type r front grill, foglights (if your non facelift) , power window conversion (for comfort) , sound system.. thats just what i'd start aim for first. more optional things if your a baller would be ek9 cluster, type r gearknob, recaros

performance wise : b18 engine swap (change all belts to make life easier later) , new sparks and leads , front and rear struts, upgraded rsb with subframe brace to prevent your rsb from ripping out, coilovers (adj height and damper - spend 1000 + at least..) , b-c pillars (preference) , rollcage (if you wanna strip) , recaros (or some kinda of good bucket seat), cam gears , CAI, after market headers, upgraded exhaust system (recommend 2.25) , itbs (if your a baller) .. just some of the things.... but b18 with CAI , headers and upgraded exhaust system would be plenty of fun for now.

have fun modding.

I believe "JDM" styling is more about function over form and authenticity. If I were you and it sounds like you don't mind splashing a bit of cash lol if you can afford to I'd just make sure that all the parts you get are genuine and are there for a reason. For example: I personally wouldn't go out and spend 4K on quality racing wheels/tyres and then go and wack 20kgs worth of subwoofer in the boot lol also when considering putting a more powerful motor in your car, make sure you allow for a decent brake set up to stop the thing. Do your research and figure out what parts you want, no point in us blindly suggesting things for you because we are not "you". And your idea of what a JDM spec car is may be different to everyone else's anyway
