Hi everyone,
got a bb1 prelude with a h22a, just recently the electrical systems is starting to go haywire on me, first, it started with the water temp gauge going upto almost full when i had my sound system turned up and just sat at the lights with it off and then when i took off, it went back down to half way (have the digital cluster), also, just randomly, my sound system's high notes just went away and it became a muffled sound. and just now, i noticed that my cluster at night, when theres no load on the engine (i.e. foot off the accelarator or at the lights), its normal, but as soon as i accelerate, it dims down a bit (just the speedo), possible sign of alternator on its way out? should i move to a higher amp alternator since i have quiet a bit of load on the battery (i.e. system, hid's, alarm, etc) ? also the car will be turbo in a few weeks so maybe its best to go a little higher than the 90amp which i believe mine is at the moment?
