Ls Help

hey people.. juz need some help wid my ls, i need new suspension hard, coz mine atm is shot to pieces.. i want struts, springs & shocks.. can sum1 tell me how much i'll b lookin at and places u reccomend? also does ne1 know where is a good place to sell rims?

im in sydney n yeh i do wana lower my car.. im tryin 2sell my 16's at the moment at get some 17's or 18's happening.. so i'd prob wana lower it 2" maybe 2.5" at the back.. coz it sits higher at the back.. n where would u reccomend getn a kit? im finkin bout jetspeed, coz they got this vertex kinda kit happening.. looks nice

im about to lower my LS 2.5 inches on Kmac springs and i have that new jetspeed kit (well i have the sides and rear but diff front)

if u can afford it get coilovers so u can raise and lower it as u want

coilovers dont really cost THAT much do they ?, about $5-700 ?? for a decent set, obviously you can pay more or less than that depending on what your looking for...this is just what number i for some reason i have in my head, i could be totally wrong lol

so do u guys have any place u'z recommend i take my LS to? one of u'z sed kmac.. dats at rockdale right? nah i dun want coilovers.. i juz want simple stuff.. decent shocks, struts n springs.. coz i fink wat i got on my car is like stock.. like hasnt been changed in like 15years.. and like that cant be good.. d bushings are shot.. like cracking n crap.. like i got my car a few months ago, n im saving up for new suspension b4 it gives way.. so anywhere besides kmac? one of my mates suggested whiteline.. are they any good? also where can i go 2sell my rims? can ne1 suggest a place for dat too?

so peoples wid d LS's where do u think i should go 4 the suspension?

I hate the Jetspeed kit for our cars, every one has it I have seen one with a Vertex looking kit that looks like it came from a 200SX!

the new jetspeed kit is a take off of an s14 kit, imo looks great i luv my sides and rear bar and im thinking of getting that front later on

I had a look at the kit from Jetspeed for our cars it doesn't look bad, I just don't like the sides that mich IMO, maybe if it had some sort of cutout on the sides it would look better? I think I will get the Jetspeed back right after I get the front and sides from the US (the kit on the Candy Teg) and the wide body guards!

I recomend you having a flick through a Hot4s or a Fast fours mag, they have lots of adds for suspension places in SYD I wouldn't know what else to tell ya coz I don't live in Sydney!

All depends how hardcore you're wanting to go with the lowering and what products you use and either you fitt them your self or you pay a mechanic to do all of the work but make sure 100% you get a wheel alignment after all the suspension work has been done.

i'd want something not full extreme, but not full chat.. like sumfin decent.. like mid-range.. n i'd prefer 2pay sum1 else to do it.. coz then if it goes retarded.. i can take it back n b like, fix it.. u put it on wrong, so fix it.. :)
