Hi Guys,

Just went to fit up some RMF Reps to my h22a in my civic.

The piping after the collector is not low enough and will not fit under the oil pan.
Anyone else experienced this or is it just me? Upon searching images for h22 RMF's all the pictures seem to be with baffled sumps which I'm guessing alot of the aftermarket oil pans could be thinner then the stock pan.

I do know the RMF's were designed to really hug and stay close to the sump as to provide as much ground clearance.

This isn't really a problem for me however as I'm just getting an exhaust shop to quickly modify it should be an easy job I'd do it myself If I didn't weld like a spastic 8 year old on coffee.

Just wondering if anyone else has had the same clearance issue.

Which RMF headers you got? i had to modify my collector so it could fit and hug the stock sump.

It's the 4-1 Drag Header

i had the same headers, my exhaust guy had to cut and weld a new piece from the collector so it could fit.

Yeah that's what I figured, taking it in next week to get it fixed up to fit.

Dam it.... just won't fit with a full sized radiator either, I could get the main pipes cut but that's gonna be stupid.

Guess I'll start saving up for a Bisimoto header.
