just installed a new belt, waited for the wear in period and iv'e read all the instructions. and correctly aligned the 4PK600 belt from the alternator to the blower pulley. iv'e tried the correct tension @ 35lbs and belt grip. but i find its still slips, with engine load @ 3,500rpm. the tighter I wind the tension screw the higher it idle's(1200rpm) but the belt will now slip at a higher rpm. I don't want to tighten it to the point that it idles @ 2000rpm and puts heaps of strain on the blower bearing's?
please HELP anyone?

You wont find a specific setup, you'll have to buy the bits seperatly.

i'll have to measure the pulley diameters and just shop about, i guess.

Found the issue. Due to the minimal Clearence between the blower belt and power steering hose. The obvious happened. Leaky hose, liquid on belt,. No boost. Well the the hose poped, no peer steering but got back the torque.

b20 block+p72vtec head, hondata 200/p30 ecu, cam's unknown?(hoping their vti-R in and type-R ex i heard these work great together on a supercharged setup as it's all about air velocity rather then a pressure equilibrium unlike that of a turbo setup. ) all forged internals. but the static comp is unknown? guessing 10:0.1., type-r g/box-4.4. factory vti-r header(fitting RMF 4-2-1 when i get time to?),standard jrsc boost pulley,440cc injectors, 3"exhaust system with hi-flow cat cell no#unknown?, open pod filter with factory intake piping, ohlins shock's rear full stiffness and front 3/4 stiff. reason being for some UNKNOWN factors is that i bought the car pretty much done, as a unfinished project from GPC. currently running on base hondata supercharger maps from the s200. i does need a proper tune but the spark plugs indicate that is not running lean but slightly rich, but i tend to get 450klm-500klm combined city/country driving from a tank of 98RON. i find due to using the 98ron i can have the ignition timing @ 12 deg without the ping rather then the 7-10 described in the instruction manual.
