Whats a fair price for filling in spoiler holes and repaint? recommendations??

Im thinking about removing my spoiler and filling in the holes. I have been quoted $250 for a backyard job, includes filling in the holes and spraying. Do you think thats a fair price? Any ideas on professional shop price vs backyarder? Any recommendations?

A number of mates have had this done on their cars at shops around where i live.. Seems they're all about $200
A backyard job though? How dodgy is it? Get some quotes from smash repairers.
