Would anyone have an idea what these rims are?

The only stamps I can find on them are the VIA and JLW ones.. I am guessing they are an El cheapo set since I cant find any others. Any ideas on what they could be? Wasn't sure to post here or in suspension handling but thought it was a noob question so any info appreciated ;) Cheers
