I would say no as they do not have the same engine.
Civic Si Hatch(not sure about sedan) has the R18A2 engine.
Civic Type R has the K20Z4 engine.
But some things are compatible.
Front grill from Type R can fit on the FK2(Si Hatch), some suspension items can also fit since the body's are just about the same.

I'm not too sure what Si your thinking of, I mean the USDM coupe with the k20z3. I figured they were basically the same thing
most parts will not fit from the US SI onto the AU FN2R
exhausts parts are different design for sure ie headers/catback is different
i'm not sure about intakes/engine parts.

i woudln't try it.. the chassis is different and the piping would probably go in the wrong place

wouldn't risk the chance fitting is one issue as curtis mentioned also if your not looking at changing the ecu management to something else (ie flashpro) and you go with the injen you could run into the ecu running into some problems reading the A/F ratios (take it from my experience). it has to do something with the way the air is channeled inside the piping since where the MAF sensor is located there aren't any veins to help guide the air through as it would running stock
