With the ADVAN / HI OCTANE Drift Car of Jake Jones finishing at World Time Attack with not a single problem mechanically it was just about ready to compete in the ADGP Drift Series. Jake had spent the last week going over the car to make sure the car is good to go.

With the car spanner checked over and ready to go it was sent down to MORPOWA in Adelaide to get a quick check up on the Dyno. As always the tune was still perfect and with the ADVAN Neova AD08’s gripping the rollers that much the new power figure was made (384.5RWKW).

Round 2 of ADGP is not exactly just around the corner. With a huge drive ahead of the team up to Queensland raceway, roughly 22 hours drive one way. It was going to be a long journey but one we are sure will be worth it.

The ADVAN / HI OCTANE RACING Sonvia will be running the YOKOHAMA S.Drive's for this weekend ADGP round and with the weather forecast set for lots of rain the Squid is super keen!

Make sure you head down to Queensland raceway on 15th and 16th of October for some of Australia's best Drifting. The ADVAN / Driftsquid Team will all be there so make sure you go check out the Car and say G'day to the Team!
