It's not a very good replica. It's very easy to distinguish the difference between a Type R lip and this eBay one.

I'm fairly sure the Type R lip is the same as the EM1 lip, so if you can get your hands on a legit one, then do it!

EM1 lip wouldnt fit would it? Its facelift. Also how can you distinguish them? I cant really tell much myself

Dude look properly and search international sellers too, the one you listed is a face lifted CTR lip and looks absolutely shit on preface bumpers!

To get the right lip search for "96 CTR front lip"

These werent anywhere to be found on eBay about a month ago but it seems the china supplier/manufacture is back in business and us sellers have started listing them. Got mine for $115 shipped it's the ad with the yellow ctr

Woops, sorry. I thought he was looking at face lifted lips.

The 'flaps' at each corner are different. They're more profound on replica lips than EM1 and Type R lips.

Ahh i see! I can now see the difference woahh!!! Wish i knew this before hand. This would be classified as preface CTR right? http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/96-97-98-Honda-Civic-EK-Type-R-CTR-Front-Bumper-PU-Lip-/110740475913?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item19c8a59009
