www.surefloexhaust.com.au

these guys will make one custom, and they do hybrid intercoolers aswell.

and I know rocket industries make a full turbo kit for that motor.

if u want a cheap local place, go to your exhaust shop, tell them to make a log style turbo manifold with mild steel. dont forget to brace it so the weight of the turbo doesnt fall off the manifold. thats the cheapest way i can think of. or make one yourself :o

i wouldnt recommend you making one if you've never welded metals before.
as for pics of log style manifolds, search through google for pics.

they're ugly, cheap and wont last as long but they still do the job.

cool, i took the liberty of running a search in google for you.
http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=en&q=log+style+turbo+manifolds&btnG=Search&meta=
click on that link and go to the first website in google. it has a good picture of a log style manifold. hhowever it looks like it was welded by an experienced person. i previously had a log style turbo manifold and it was butt ugly.

no problems mate. a good quality turbo manifold should cost between 600-800 depending on the shop.
read up more about different styles of manifolds on various car forums to find out what would suit your application. just remember to research before you ask questions as many people on the internet are quick to hassle/flame you for anything.
cheers.

Are you sure that rocket industries make turbo kits for the D16A8? I know they make one for the D16Y8, but i couldnt find one for the D16A8.

Are there any other D16A8 turbo kits out there? i cant find anything specifically for the D16A8.
