I understand the diffrences, but having never owned a vehicle with a Clutch type LSD, i do not know how long theyre expected to last (even rought idea, 20,000ks 50,000, 100,000??). Also it mention 'more maintenence,' but what is this extra maintenance and when do u do it? Is it only the fact your meant to use specific oils?? How much does it cost etc to maintain if there is more than just this?

How often it requires servicing depends on the way you drive your car. For a Race Car, we advise that the LSD is inspected after every season.
We also recommend changing fluids every 2~3 events.

For a street car with the occasional track day, a transmission oil change everytime you change your engine oil is recommended.

As for specialty oils, its not really necessary - there's a thread on that in my posts, you can read up on that.

Hope that helps.
