Is it illegal to take out all interior parts such as rear seats, door trims etc, cause i see some cars on the streets without em

yes it is, but you can probably get away with a good excuse

Rear seats are illegal unless the car is engineered with them out... Door trims and dash are also defect however the carpet isn't and i don't think roof lining is either I cant really think of any other interior... hope that helps :)

A guy i know sed to the cop his trims r getting cleaned and showed him a random business card and got away lol cheers mate

Yeah that's a common excuse. Either you're getting it ready for a full shell spray, or your drunk friend vomitted in the back when you were designated Dave...
I once said it was getting reupholstered. Next day put it all back in incase I a got in trouble.

ITS ILLEGAL - Due to the vehicles Rigidity all interior / exterior trims, bumpers etc needs to be fitted unless your vehicle is being repaired and or have paper work as proof.
this is by law due to vehicle safety standards in an event of a crash. (crash tested).
