replace with an eg throttle cable, that should work.
if you replace with ek/dc2 it might not fit on throttle pedal side.

i had to change whole pedal box when i did my swap because dc2 throttle cable had different type of cable on the pedal box side.
might be because my car was originally automatic. but best to replace with eg ones. if it doesnt fit just refund back. trolololol.

good luck forb.

Oh thank. so the D16 series Throttle cable still work on the B series?
Need replace cause my RPM sit on 2,500-3,000 RPM on idle when i rev but when i pull the pedel back it goes back 1,000 rpm.
Just making sure if it the throttle cable?

i had the same issue just yesterday lol.
apparently i adjusted throttle cable too tight. it gets 'sticky' after revving.
after loosening it and giving it some slack, all good now bruh.

Agree with this.

Just loosen the adjusting bolts/brackets for the throttle cable on the TB and adjust accordingly.

make sure you got some slack/freeplay on the cable - otherwise your RPM will be high again.

if your cable already has slack, then get a flat head screw driver and adjust your TPS until your RPM sits about 600-800 rpm...then give it a rev and then check the RPM again to achive your desired rpm level.
